TLC Nanny Placement Services are for families seeking full time or part time child care.  Depending on your situation, TLC will locate a live-in, live-out or summer-only nanny.

A TLC representative will conduct a personal or telephone interview with you to determine exactly what type of caregiver you need.  TLC will then refer to you screened candidates upon receiving your application, non-refundable retainer fee and signed contract.  Please allow 2-6 weeks to locate your family's nanny.

TLC makes every effort to match a nanny to your family.  However, TLC does not guarantee placement.  Our clients are in no way obligated to select a caregiver from our service.  A placement fee is due only in the event you employ one of our referrals.


Full Time $1,300.00
Part Time $800.00 (less than 30hrs/week)
Summer only $400.00 (full time or part time)
 
*A $100.00 application fee is required to start all nanny searches. Application fee is non-refundable but does apply to placement fee if a nanny is hired through TLC.
*All Full Time and Part Time nannies commit to their placements for at least one year, unless otherwise specified by the agency or family.

 

Salary Negotiable (Avg. range $450-$650 per week - full time)

($12.00 - $15.00 hour part time)
 

The family is the Nanny's employer and therefore responsible for payroll taxes, in addition to salary.  TLC can provide families with tax information upon request.
 

$100 non-refundable retainer fee to begin search with completed application and signed contract.  Retainer does apply to the placement fee in the event you hire a nanny from us.
